This is the website of actor Douglas McFarlane who has performed in a wide variety of plays, musicals, TV and film. His roles have included Judge, Policeman, Surgeon and Psychiatrist.

Douglas’s recent credits include BBC dramas (Taggart, The Key), an AOL Commercial and Tariq Ali’s Illustrious Corpse. His London West End debut was in the world premiere of KPAX on stage (a film with Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges).

In recent years, his work has included the musical GALA (based on Salvador Dali’s lover) and two Steinbeck plays and a performance at the Scottish Parliament.

In addition to performance, Douglas is founder of UK Theatre Network, a successful theatre promotional website which he setup in 2001 after co-founding the independent film casting network Shooting People a few years earlier.
